Which was brother fluff for Theo and Chet. The story behind this actually relates to Need for Speed. In this world Chet and Theo did have parents they just ain't around anymore. Which this picture takes place after they pass away. Theo is scared and Chet is just calming him down being the good big brother he is. And that's'ts about all there is to it.
